PumpSwap NZ (pumpswap.co.nz) is operated by SCJ Group Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 77 678 168 600). We provide a free comparison service for hot water heat pumps in New Zealand, connecting homeowners with local installers.

When you request quotes through our platform, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your property details (type, ownership, region, postcode)
• Your current hot water system information
• Your preferences for a new system (household size, budget, priorities)

We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (GA4) including:

• Pages visited and time spent on site
• Device type and browser information
• Geographic region (not precise location)
• Referral source

3. How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used to:

• Match you with up to 3 relevant local hot water heat pump installers
• Send your quote request details to those installers
• Contact you if we need to clarify your requirements
• Improve our service and cost estimates

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your details are only shared with the installers matched to your quote request.

Your data is processed securely and transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS). Quote request notifications are delivered via Resend (email service provider). Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under their privacy terms.

We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. These cookies collect anonymous data and do not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
